You can have your furniture delivered to your home or pick it up at our physical store (in Burgas), if so agreed with us in advance. After you place your order on our website, one of our consultants will contact you by phone to discuss the details of your order and to answer any questions you may have. Please, make sure you enter your phone numbers correctly in the order form.

 

We want to make sure that all our customers are happy with our service, including those who live in parts of Bulgaria where we do not have a store, so we provide a fast home delivery service to any address around the country. All currently available products can be delivered within 2 to 15 working days (unless the customer requests a longer period).

The products that are currently unavailable will be delivered within the timeframe specified on the webpage or as agreed on the phone.

 

1.Exotic Style Delivery – we provide special services for our customers, including DELIVERY and TRANSFER & ASSEMBLY.

    -  DELIVERY  -  deliveries are made by our delivery team at the date and time agreed with you in advance. The delivered items are unloaded by the entrance door of the courtyard or building (whichever is nearer). We charge a minimum delivery fee.

    - TRANSFER & ASSEMBLY -  these operations are carried out by our transfer and assembly team at the time of delivery. They include carrying the delivered items to the rooms where you intend to place them; unpacking and assembling the items; and disposing of the packaging materials. The fee for this service is agreed in advance and depends on the volume of the ordered items, the floor to which the items need to be moved, and the distance from the delivery vehicle to the final destination of the items in your home. Choose our Transfer & Assembly service to make sure no damages are caused in the process.

 

2. Courier Delivery – made by a courier service.

    - The items are unloaded by the door of the delivery vehicle. Delivery period is 3 to 5 working days. We will calculate the courier delivery fee based on the weight, dimensions, and PREFERENTIAL RATES.

    -   The TRANSFER & ASSEMBLY service cannot be requested.

    - The delivery may be received at one of the offices of Ekont or DPD Group, if explicitly requested by you.

    - Always inspect the condition of the delivered items. If you notice any shipping damages, the courier needs to draw up a report.

 

3. Pickup from Exotic Style’s store.

    -  You can pick up your items free of charge at out store at 59 Slavyanska Street, Burgas, on a day agreed in advance.
