Complaints for defects which cannot be established at the time of delivery may be filed only by email, with a duly completed Product Complaint Form, sent to the following email address: office@exoticstyle.bg &Complaints CANNOT be filed by phone. All complaints must be filed with an attached photo of the damaged/broken product or module.
 

Complaints for missing items or other obvious deficiencies may only be made by the customer at the time of delivery. Otherwise, all products will be regarded as accepted. In the event of a timely, precise, and reasonable complaint for defects, BOGOEV TRANSPORT Ltd will take all necessary actions in accordance with the effective legislation, and will cover the transport costs incurred in the return of the products.

It is very important that at the time of delivery the customer or a person authorised by him/her should make a thorough visual inspection of the delivered items. In case of any deficiencies, defects, or obvious damages caused during transportation, the customer is required to draft a report with a detailed description of the damages. This must happen in the presence of the courier. Also, one of our online sale employees must be notified by phone at 0876 005 107 or by email at: office@exoticstyle.bg.
If the customer accepts the delivery without any remarks and does not draft a report for damages, it is automatically assumed that he/she waives any right to file a compliant for obvious defects. Any further complaints of this kind will be regarded as unfounded and will not be satisfied. If no report for damages is drafted and signed in the presence of the courier at the time of delivery and/or if no online sales employee is notified in a timely manner by phone at +359 876 005 107 or by email at: office@exoticstyle.bg, the customer will lose his/her right to claiming damages under the sales contract.
 

 

When filing a complaint, the customer must always enclose the documents on which the complaint is based:

• receipt or invoice

• photos

• other documents proving the inconsistency of the delivered item with the contract

On the basis of the complaint, BOGOEV TRANSPORT Ltd will record and undertake all necessary actions in accordance with the effective laws. If the customer fails to file a complaint with BOGOEV TRANSPORT Ltd within the legal timeframe, the products will be regarded as duly accepted.

Complaints referring to products covered by warranty are resolved in compliance with the terms and conditions of such warranty. The warranty for all products purchased from www.exoticstyle.bg is the receipt or the invoice (if requested), which you will receive with the delivered items.


Product returns:

As a customer, you are given a 14-day period from the date of delivery to decide if you want to keep the products or return them to us without owing any compensation or penalty and without having to give a reason for returning them. In this case, however, BOGOEV TRANSPORT Ltd will not be liable for the return costs. The products must be returned in their intact original packaging and must be accompanied by all original documents, manuals, and CDs, in a presentable condition, with no missing packaging, no scratched surfaces of the products, no missing licensing stickers, and no missing modules. By the time the products are returned to us, the risk of accidental loss or damage belongs solely to the customer.

 

 


Refunds:

BOGOEV TRANSPORT Ltd hereby agrees to refund the full price of the purchased products within 30 days from the date on which the customer withdrew from the contract in compliance with Section 55, paragraph 6 of the Contracts & Obligations Act.
If we need to refund the price of a product paid for by card, this can only happen with a credit transfer to the card used for the purchase. No other refund methods are allowed (such as cash or transfer to a bank account).
